INA EA0225 Overrunning Alternator Pulley OEM Replacement

The INA EA0225 Overrunning Alternator Pulley is a precision-engineered OEM replacement component designed to enhance the performance and longevity of your vehicle's front-end accessory drive (FEAD) system. Manufactured by Schaeffler under the INA brand, this overrunning alternator pulley (OAP) replaces traditional rigid belt pulleys with advanced one-way clutch technology.

Key Features:

• One-way clutch mechanism allows rotational movement to dampen engine vibrations and eliminate tension peaks in the accessory belt system
• Reduces noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) for smoother, quieter engine operation
• Extends service life of alternator, belt, and other FEAD components by minimizing wear from rotational irregularities
• Corrosion-resistant surface treatment for long-lasting durability
• Protective plastic cap shields internal mechanism from dirt and contaminants
• Precision-manufactured to OEM specifications for direct-fit replacement

This overrunning alternator pulley is an essential upgrade from conventional rigid pulleys, particularly in modern engines with complex accessory drive systems. By decoupling the alternator from crankshaft vibrations, the INA EA0225 improves alternator efficiency, reduces belt slip and wear, and can contribute to improved fuel economy. INA is a global leader in OAP technology, with over 120 million units produced for original equipment manufacturers worldwide.
