Borla 140838CF S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust System 3" Carbon Fiber Tips Corvette C8

The Borla 140838CF S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered specifically for the C8 Corvette (2020-2025, including E-Ray models) with 6.2L V8 engines. This premium 3-inch inlet exhaust system incorporates both AFM ('20-'21)/DFM ('22-'25) and NPP dual mode exhaust valves, delivering exceptional performance and sound control.

Advanced Borla Technologies:

• Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology: Patented design uses pipes of varying diameters and lengths to create harmonized exhaust notes for a clean, rich, full-bodied sound
• SwitchFire Technology: Eliminates the turbulent center intersection of standard X-pipes, blending combustion pulses from both engine sides for improved performance and aggressive sound
• S-Type Sound Level: Delivers a powerful yet balanced exhaust note with deep tone and zero drone for an enhanced driving experience

Premium Construction and Features:

• T-304 stainless steel construction throughout for maximum durability and corrosion resistance
• 4-inch round carbon fiber tips with bright polished centers
• Strategically placed heat shielding to protect vehicle components from exhaust heat damage
• Complete cat-back system includes all necessary hardware
• Backed by Borla's Million Mile Warranty

Important Installation Note: After installation, AFM/DFM and NPP valve controllers should be recalibrated per GM Document ID 5406413. Borla recommends professional recalibration service at a Chevrolet dealership.
