Borla 140838BC Corvette C8 Cat-Back Exhaust System S-Type Black Chrome Tips

The Borla 140838BC Cat-Back exhaust system is engineered specifically for the 2020-2025 Chevrolet Corvette C8 (including E-Ray) with 6.2L V8 engine. This premium 3-inch inlet system delivers the signature S-Type sound—a powerful yet balanced exhaust note with deep tone and zero drone inside the cabin.

Advanced Technology:

• Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology: Patented design uses pipes of different diameters and lengths to create harmonized exhaust notes for a clean, rich, full-bodied sound
• SwitchFire Technology: Eliminates the turbulent center intersection of standard X-pipes, truly blending combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance and aggressive sound
• Complete Valve Integration: Includes both AFM/DFM valves (Active/Dynamic Fuel Management) and NPP (Non-Proliferation Performance) dual mode exhaust valves for full functionality
• Heat Shielding: Strategically placed shields prevent exhaust heat damage and protect your Corvette's components

Premium Construction:

• T-304 stainless steel construction throughout for maximum durability and corrosion resistance
• Four 4-inch round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips (clean with hot water and microfiber cloth only—do not use Borla Stainless Steel Polish #21461)
• Backed by Borla's Million Mile Warranty

Installation Note: After installation, the controllers for AFM/DFM and NPP valves must be recalibrated according to GM Document ID 5406413. Borla recommends having this recalibration service performed at a Chevrolet dealership. System ships in two boxes.

Also available with bright chrome stainless steel tips or carbon fiber tips (sold separately).
