Borla 140838 Cat-Back Exhaust System S-Type C8 Corvette 6.2L V8 Chrome Tips

The Borla 140838 Cat-Back exhaust system is engineered specifically for the 2020-2025 C8 Corvette (including E-Ray models) equipped with the 6.2L V8 engine. This premium 3-inch inlet system delivers Borla's signature S-Type sound—a powerful, balanced exhaust note with deep tones that enhance the driving experience without any interior drone.

Advanced Technology:

• Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology: Patented design uses pipes of varying diameters and lengths to create harmonized exhaust notes for a clean, rich, full-bodied sound
• SwitchFire Technology: Eliminates the turbulent center intersection of standard X-pipes, blending combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance and aggressive sound
• Integrated Valve Systems: Includes both AFM (2020-2021) / DFM (2022-2025) valves and NPP dual-mode exhaust valves for complete control
• Heat Protection: Strategically placed heat shielding prevents exhaust heat damage to protect your Corvette

Premium Construction:

• T-304 stainless steel construction for maximum durability and corrosion resistance
• Four 4-inch round chrome-plated T-304 stainless steel tips (angled right exit)
• Backed by Borla's Million Mile Warranty

Important Installation Note: After installation, the AFM/DFM and NPP valve controllers must be recalibrated per GM Document ID 5406413. Borla recommends having this recalibration service performed at an authorized Chevrolet dealer.

System ships in two boxes. Also available with black chrome or carbon fiber tip options.
