Febi 077-121-350 D Viscous Radiator Fan Clutch

The Febi 077-121-350 D is a premium-quality viscous fan clutch designed to regulate radiator fan speed based on engine cooling demands. This OE-matching replacement part ensures optimal engine temperature management in both city driving and highway conditions.

How It Works:

This viscous fan clutch utilizes a fluid friction coupling system with silicone oil between two rotating discs. When engine temperatures rise, a bimetallic spring transfers the silicone fluid via adhesion, engaging the clutch to increase fan speed and airflow through the radiator. At highway speeds when additional cooling is less critical, the clutch reduces fan engagement to minimize rotational drag and improve fuel efficiency.

Key Features:

• OE-matching quality replacement for reliable performance
• Viscous fluid coupling technology for temperature-responsive fan control
• Reduces engine load and improves fuel economy when cooling demand is low
• Prevents overheating during low-speed and stop-and-go traffic conditions
• 32mm wrench size for installation
• Manufactured to German engineering standards by Febi Bilstein

Quality Assurance:

Febi Bilstein has over 175 years of metalworking expertise and manufactures this fan clutch to exacting OE specifications. Each unit is backed by rigorous quality control to ensure proper fitment and long-term durability. If your vehicle runs hotter than normal in traffic or you notice reduced cooling performance, a worn fan clutch is often the culprit.
