Febi 171446 Front Brake Pad Wear Sensor

The Febi 171446 is a front brake pad wear sensor designed to monitor brake pad condition and alert drivers when replacement is needed. This single-wire electronic sensor mounts directly to the brake pad and wears progressively as the pad material diminishes. When the brake pad reaches its minimum safe thickness, the sensor wire grounds against the brake rotor, triggering a dashboard warning light to indicate that brake pad replacement is required.
