Dorman 926286 Door Latch Reinforcement Plate for Dodge Ram Pickups

The Dorman 926286 Door Latch Reinforcement is an OE FIX solution designed to address a common structural weakness in select Dodge and Ram pickup trucks. Over time, the door structure in the area surrounding the door latch can fatigue and weaken, leading to improper door latch function and potential door alignment issues.

Key Features:

• Reinforces fatigued door structure around the latch mounting area
• Installs over existing door panel for added structural support
• Restores proper door latch function and door alignment
• Direct-fit OE FIX design for select Dodge and Ram pickup models
• Durable construction to prevent future structural fatigue

This reinforcement plate provides the necessary structural integrity to ensure your door latch operates correctly and maintains proper door closure. Dorman's OE FIX engineering addresses the root cause of the problem rather than simply replacing the failed component, offering a more permanent repair solution.
