GPD 1411497 A/C Receiver Drier Accumulator Filter Heavy-Duty Truck

The GPD 1411497 is an aftermarket A/C receiver drier and accumulator/filter manufactured by Global Parts Distributors (gpd), a leading national brand of automotive air conditioning system components. This unit is a direct-fit replacement designed for heavy-duty truck applications, including Peterbilt 320 platforms.

The receiver drier/accumulator plays a critical role in the vehicle's air conditioning system. It contains a desiccant element that absorbs moisture and traps debris circulating through the A/C system, protecting the compressor and other components from contamination, corrosion, and sludge buildup. Replacement is required any time the A/C system is opened or a major service is performed.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit, application-specific replacement for OE receiver drier / accumulator
• Contains OE-quality desiccant to remove moisture and contaminants from the A/C system
• Protects the A/C system from corrosion, debris, and refrigerant oil contamination
• Meets or exceeds OE fit, form, and function standards
• Durability tested on every new design
• Compatible with multiple cross-reference part numbers including Four Seasons 33476, Red Dot 74R3157 / RD-5-10735-1P, MEI 7170, Omega 37-13568, and others

GPD 1411497 is also identified as an Accumulator/Filter and cross-references OE numbers such as Peterbilt 18-03783, 207-1040, and 540190. Replacement of the accumulator or receiver drier is essential during any major A/C service, as debris and contaminants cannot be removed by flushing the system alone.
