Maval 95396M Remanufactured Hydraulic Power Rack and Pinion Assembly

The Maval 95396M is a remanufactured hydraulic power rack and pinion assembly engineered to restore precision steering performance while meeting or exceeding OE specifications. This professionally remanufactured unit undergoes comprehensive testing and refurbishment to ensure reliable, long-lasting operation.

Remanufacturing Process:

• Housings, shafts, and critical components are thoroughly cleaned using advanced technology to minimize contamination risk and inspected for cracks or leaks
• Shafts and housings are precision polished, while bearings and snap rings are replaced to restore optimal rack performance and eliminate leaks
• All seals, PTFE rings, and O-rings are replaced with new OE-equivalent components to prevent leaks and ensure longevity
• Electronic solenoids are tested to verify proper performance and functionality
• 100 percent centered after testing to reduce installation time and ensure proper alignment
• Protective paint coating is applied for corrosion resistance, and high-quality bellows and fasteners are installed to protect against rust and optimize unit longevity
• Tested on state-of-the-art equipment simulating actual operational conditions, including inspections for leaks, noises, and overall functionality

This remanufactured rack and pinion assembly offers a cost-effective alternative to new OE units while delivering comparable quality and performance backed by rigorous testing protocols.
