OTC Tools 6976 Cooling System Refilling Gun with Vacuum Technology

The OTC Tools 6976 Cooling System Refilling Gun uses deep vacuum technology to eliminate airlocks and trapped air during cooling system refills, removing the need for manual system bleeding. This professional-grade tool connects to your shop air supply and creates a vacuum that pulls air out of the cooling system while simultaneously drawing fresh coolant in from your reservoir.

Key Features:

• Deep vacuum technology eliminates airlocks and trapped air pockets during refilling
• Integrated vacuum gauge automatically tests cooling system for leaks
• Universal attachment design fits most radiator and header tanks
• Includes small and large rubber cones for both passenger and commercial vehicles
• No additional adapters needed for most applications
• Prevents cooling system failures and inaccurate sensor readings caused by air pockets

How It Works: Attach the gun to your shop air supply, insert the nozzle into the radiator or cooling system opening, and establish vacuum. Place the supply hose into your coolant reservoir and switch to vacuum mode. The tool pulls air out while drawing new coolant into the system simultaneously.
