INA EA0050 Overrunning Alternator Pulley OEM Replacement

The INA EA0050 is a precision-engineered overrunning alternator pulley (OAP) designed to replace traditional rigid belt pulleys in modern accessory drive systems. As part of INA's FEAD (Front End Accessory Drive) component line, this pulley provides advanced vibration dampening to protect your vehicle's charging system and belt-driven accessories.

Key Features:

• Overrunning clutch mechanism allows rotational movement to dampen engine vibrations and belt oscillations
• Reduces critical impact of alternator inertia and crankshaft irregularities on the accessory drive
• Extends service life of all accessory drive components including belts, tensioners, and alternators
• Engineered for optimal power transmission with high reliability and low maintenance requirements
• Direct OEM replacement ensuring proper fit and function
• Manufactured by Schaeffler Group, a global leader in bearing and drivetrain technology

Unlike conventional solid pulleys, this overrunning alternator pulley decouples the alternator from engine vibrations during rapid deceleration and gear shifts, preventing premature wear and potential belt squeal. The precision-manufactured freewheel mechanism ensures smooth operation throughout the pulley's service life.
