This 4-inch DPF-back exhaust system features a straight-through design with no muffler, providing maximum exhaust flow and an aggressive exhaust note that stands out from stock systems.

Construction and Materials:

Constructed from corrosion-resistant T409 stainless steel, this exhaust system offers excellent protection against penetrating rust while remaining value-oriented and easy to maintain. All tubing is mandrel bent to ensure smooth, ripple-free bends that maximize exhaust flow. This precision bending allows for improved scavenging, helping your engine breathe better and produce more power while enhancing overall performance and longevity.

Important Notes:

This system is designed for 2011-2016 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine in Crew Cab and Super Cab configurations. Some cutting may be required during installation. No exhaust tip is included with this system. While T409 stainless steel resists penetrating rust, exposure to heavy winter conditions, salt air, or road treatments may accelerate surface corrosion—this cosmetic oxidation is not covered under warranty unless the component fails structurally.
