Elring 560.720 Intake Manifold Housing Gasket

The Elring 560.720 is a precision-engineered intake manifold housing gasket constructed from high-quality fluoroelastomer (FPM) material. This gasket provides a critical seal between the throttle body assembly and the intake manifold, preventing vacuum leaks that can lead to poor engine performance, rough idle, and reduced fuel efficiency.

Key Features:

• Fluoroelastomer (FPM) construction for superior heat and chemical resistance
• OEM-quality replacement part from Elring, a trusted German manufacturer with over 140 years of sealing expertise
• Precision-engineered for reliable sealing and long service life
• Prevents vacuum leaks between throttle body and intake manifold
• Resistant to wear, cracking, and degradation from heat and engine fluids

Over time, throttle body gaskets can become brittle and crack due to constant exposure to heat cycles and engine vibration, resulting in vacuum leaks that affect engine performance. Replacing this gasket is recommended whenever the throttle body is removed for service to ensure a proper seal and maintain optimal engine operation.
