URO URO-001140 PCV Valve Oil Trap / Crankcase Ventilation Separator

The URO URO-001140 PCV Valve Oil Trap (also known as an oil separator or flame trap) is a direct-fit replacement crankcase ventilation component engineered to OEM specifications. This oil trap is a critical part of the PCV system, capturing oil vapors and preventing them from contaminating the intake system or causing oil leaks.

A plugged or degraded oil trap can rupture vital crankcase seals, increase oil consumption, and disrupt the engine's air/fuel ratio. Replacing it with this URO unit restores proper crankcase ventilation, allowing blow-by gases to safely vent back into the combustion chamber and evacuating unburned fuel vapors from the crankcase into the intake manifold.

Key Features:

• Direct OEM replacement — meets or exceeds original equipment specifications
• Prevents oil seal damage caused by excessive crankcase pressure
• Restores proper air/fuel ratio and reduces harmful emissions
• High-quality materials resistant to intense engine heat and vaporized oil exposure
• Manufactured in ISO 9001 certified facilities
• Ideal for both professional shop use and DIY repair
