The Suspensia X22AS0006 Steering Tie Rod End Adjusting Sleeve is a steering linkage part. It joins the inner and outer tie rod sections. It also lets the tie rod length be adjusted during a front-end alignment. It is sometimes called a tie rod adjuster sleeve or tie rod adjusting tube.
