Creating crankcase vacuum increases horsepower by allowing the use of low-tension compression and oil control rings, which reduces frictional losses, blow-by, and intake charge contamination while aiding in detonation prevention. This professional-grade vacuum pump is ideal for Pro Mod applications, large cubic inch engines, and supercharged combinations requiring maximum crankcase evacuation.
