Holstein 2EVT0071 EGR Valve Position Sensor for Mitsubishi

The Holstein 2EVT0071 is a precision-engineered Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve position sensor designed as a direct replacement for select Mitsubishi vehicles. This sensor plays a critical role in monitoring the position of the EGR valve, providing essential feedback to the engine control unit (ECU) to optimize emissions control and engine performance.

Key Features:

• Potentiometer-based design provides accurate position feedback to the ECU
• Manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications for reliable performance
• Direct-fit replacement for easy installation
• Helps maintain proper EGR system function to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions
• Backed by Holstein Parts quality assurance

The EGR valve position sensor uses a variable resistance potentiometer to monitor the EGR valve's movement, allowing the ECU to precisely control exhaust gas recirculation. A faulty position sensor can result in poor engine performance, increased emissions, or check engine light illumination. This Holstein replacement sensor restores proper EGR system operation and helps your vehicle maintain optimal fuel efficiency and emissions compliance.
