GPD 9442483 A/C Receiver Drier - Kit

The GPD 9442483 is a replacement A/C Receiver Drier Kit designed to restore proper function to your vehicle's air conditioning system. The receiver drier plays a critical role in keeping the A/C system clean and dry by filtering and absorbing moisture from the refrigerant circuit.

Key Features:

• Replaces the factory accumulator/receiver drier with an application-specific fit
• Contains a desiccant element that absorbs moisture and contaminants from refrigerant
• Helps protect downstream A/C components such as the compressor and expansion valve
• Must be replaced any time the A/C system is opened to prevent moisture contamination
• Manufactured by GPD to meet or exceed original equipment specifications
• Backed by GPD's one-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship

As a best practice, the receiver drier or accumulator should be replaced whenever the A/C system is opened for service, or at minimum once per year. Replacing the receiver drier at the same time as the compressor is also required to maintain compressor warranty coverage.
