GPD 9442256 A/C Receiver Drier - Kit

The GPD 9442256 A/C Receiver Drier Kit is a direct-fit replacement component engineered to meet or exceed original equipment fit, form, and function. Manufactured by Global Parts Distributors (GPD), a trusted name in automotive heating and air conditioning parts since 1974, this receiver drier kit is designed to restore proper A/C system performance and protect your compressor investment.

The receiver drier plays a critical role in the high-pressure side of the air conditioning system. It collects and stores liquid refrigerant from the condenser, filters solid contaminants, and uses an internal desiccant to absorb moisture that can cause corrosion, ice blockages, and compressor damage. Industry best practice requires replacing the receiver drier every time the A/C system is opened to atmosphere.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement designed to meet or exceed OE specifications
• Internal desiccant removes moisture and protects system components
• Integrated filter media captures solid contaminants and wear particles
• Engineered for reliable, long-lasting A/C system performance
• Backed by GPD's one-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship
• Application-specific design ensures proper fitment

Replace the GPD 9442256 receiver drier anytime the A/C system is serviced or opened, when replacing the compressor, or when the system has been exposed to atmosphere. Pairing a new receiver drier with compressor replacement is essential to validate compressor warranty and prevent premature failure from moisture contamination.
