Dayco 4PK926EE Elastic Self-Tensioning Serpentine Belt 4-Rib 36.5 Inch

The Dayco 4PK926EE is an elastic self-tensioning (ELA) serpentine belt engineered specifically for air conditioning drive systems that require stretch belt technology. This 4-rib belt features an effective length of 36.457 inches and is designed for drives that do not use automatic or manual belt tensioners.

Advanced ELA Technology:

• Wear-resistant EPDM rib material for extended service life
• Highly elastic EPDM cushion rubber construction
• Polyamide tensile cord provides high elongation for installation while maintaining proper tension
• Self-tensioning capabilities eliminate the need for separate tensioner components
• Engineered to maintain consistent tension throughout the belt's service life

Installation Requirements:

• Special installation tool required (Dayco Part 93875 recommended)
• Zip tie installation method may be used for certain applications
• Do not attempt to install by prying the belt onto pulleys
• Vehicles manufactured with stretch belts must be replaced with stretch belts only

Performance Features:

• Designed for two- to four-point drive systems
• Aramid-reinforced EPDM compounds resist cracking in extreme temperatures
• Superior adhesion and flexibility maintain lasting performance
• Conforms to high-mileage, worn, or misaligned drives
• Helps eliminate noisy belt conditions

This serpentine belt is commonly used in GM trucks and SUVs, including Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra, Cadillac Escalade, and commercial vehicles. Backed by Dayco's reputation for quality since 1905, this belt delivers OE-level performance and reliability for demanding automotive applications.
