Tracking information indicated that the package was delivered and sit on the front porch, it was not, it was in my mailbox. That's only a minor issue, everything is all good.

Shipment came in two deliveries. I was not informed of that fact leading me to have to rearrange my schedule to find the time to contact your firm for updates. The person I spoke with ( after emailing the information about the issues) refponded eith I can not see that on my screen I will need to contact the warehouse. I will reply. That only happened after I actually received the second shipment The whole ordeal could have been avoided by simply stating: delivery will come from two shipping points here are the two tracking numbers. I only received one tracking number and the pack list for that shipment had no information whatsoever as to the other items coming from another point, Pretty poor information don't you agree
