This high-performance gasket features a .053-inch compressed thickness and a 4.100-inch bore diameter, making it ideal for performance builds and engine rebuilds requiring precise sealing.

Key Features:

• Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) construction provides superior strength and durability under extreme cylinder pressures
• 4.100-inch bore diameter accommodates standard and slightly overbored small block Chevy applications
• .053-inch compressed thickness allows for precise compression ratio tuning
• Compatible with 18-degree and 23-degree cylinder head designs
• Round bore configuration for traditional cylinder head applications
• Engineered for Generation 1 Small Block Chevy (262-400 cubic inch) engines

Cometic MLS gaskets use multiple layers of stainless steel with proprietary coatings to create a gasket that can withstand extreme temperatures and pressures while maintaining an excellent seal. The embossed layers provide multiple sealing points that adapt to head and block imperfections, making them ideal for both street performance and racing applications.
