The Sealed Power L2349F30 Speed-Pro Power Forged Pistons are engineered for serious big block Chevy 454 applications requiring strength and reliability.

Key Features:

  • Forged from VMS-75 aluminum alloy under 3,000 tons of pressure for superior strength and durability
  • 4.280" bore diameter (.030" oversize) with 29.4cc dome volume
  • Compression ratio: 11.89:1 with 100.9cc heads, 10.01:1 with 119cc heads
  • Ring grooves: 5/64" x 5/64" x 3/16" configuration
  • DurOshield® coated piston skirts for reduced friction and wear
  • Designed for 4.000" stroke and 6.135" rod length
  • Pressed wrist pin design for secure installation
  • Piston weight: 661 grams each (within 4 gram tolerance per set)
  • Single valve relief dome design optimized for closed chamber heads

Speed-Pro's powerforging process creates a grain flow pattern that provides excellent strength, ductility, and improved heat dissipation. Each piston is forged to near-net shape, then precision machined to final specifications.
