Meritor E2090 Air Brake S-Camshaft Repair Kit

The Meritor E2090 is an air brake S-camshaft repair kit designed for heavy-duty truck and trailer brake systems. This essential maintenance kit provides the critical components needed to properly service and restore brake camshafts, ensuring reliable braking performance and safety.

Key Features:

• Complete repair kit includes bushings, seals, washers, and snap rings for proper camshaft installation
• Designed specifically for Meritor air brake systems to ensure proper fit and compatibility
• Contains components for one axle (two camshafts) as standard
• Meets or exceeds OEM specifications for heavy-duty air brake applications
• Essential for preventing premature camshaft wear and maintaining proper brake function

When replacing brake camshafts, it is critical to replace the support bushings, seals, and hardware simultaneously. Worn bushings create excessive play in the camshaft, which absorbs brake chamber travel and increases stopping distance. This kit provides all the necessary components to ensure a complete, professional repair that restores proper brake operation and extends the life of your camshafts.
