Product Details

The Cometic C4264-095 is a Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered specifically for Subaru EJ-series engines. This high-performance gasket features a .095" (2.4mm) compressed thickness and 100mm bore diameter, providing superior sealing and durability for both stock and modified applications.

Key Features:

  • Multi-Layer Steel construction for maximum strength and heat resistance
  • .095" compressed thickness for precise compression ratio tuning
  • 100mm bore diameter for proper cylinder seal
  • Stainless steel construction with Viton rubber gasket material
  • Resists gasket failure from extreme cylinder pressures and temperatures
  • Designed to accommodate engine movement and thermal expansion

Compatible with Subaru Engines:

  • EJ25D (naturally aspirated)
  • EJ251/EJ252 (naturally aspirated SOHC)
  • EJ253/EJ255 Version 1 (turbocharged)
  • EJ257 2004-2006 models (turbocharged STI)

Cometic MLS gaskets are the preferred choice for performance builds, turbocharged applications, and engines running higher boost pressures. The multi-layer design provides excellent sealing under extreme conditions while maintaining the ability to recover from thermal cycling.
