Cometic C15216 Dana 44/GM 8.75 Differential Cover Gasket

The Cometic C15216 is a high-performance differential cover gasket engineered for Dana 44 and GM 8.75-inch rear axles. This precision-cut gasket is constructed from .032-inch thick AFM (Aluminum Foam Material) that provides superior sealing performance and durability in demanding drivetrain applications.

Key Features:

• AFM construction for excellent compression and recovery properties
• Precision die-cut design ensures perfect fit and reliable sealing
• Compatible with Dana 44 and GM 8.75-inch differential housings
• .032-inch thickness provides optimal sealing without excessive crush
• Resists gear oil, extreme temperatures, and high-pressure conditions
• Commonly used in Corvette and Dodge Viper applications

Cometic's AFM gaskets feature a dense aluminum core bonded between two layers of Aramid Fiber, creating a gasket material that conforms to surface irregularities while maintaining exceptional torque retention. This design eliminates the need for additional sealants in most applications and ensures a leak-free seal for your differential assembly.
