Product Details

The Cometic C5799-086 is a premium Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered specifically for Chrysler B and RB big block engines. This high-performance gasket features a compressed thickness of .086 inches and is designed for a 4.600-inch bore diameter with a Siamese bore configuration.

Key Features:

  • Multi-Layer Steel construction for superior sealing and durability
  • .086-inch compressed gasket thickness
  • 4.600-inch bore diameter
  • Siamese bore design for enhanced cylinder wall support
  • Engineered for high-performance and racing applications
  • Excellent heat resistance and combustion sealing

Cometic MLS gaskets utilize multiple layers of stainless steel with advanced coating technology to provide maximum sealing performance under extreme cylinder pressures and temperatures. The embossed layers allow the gasket to conform to minor surface imperfections while maintaining optimal sealing integrity.
