• Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) construction for superior sealing and durability
• Compressed thickness: .032 inches (0.81mm)
• Bore diameter: 4.200 inches
• Compatible with 18-degree and 23-degree cylinder heads
• Round bore design with integrated steam holes for proper cooling
• Designed for Gen-1 Chevrolet Small Block V8 engines (262-400ci)

Cometic MLS gaskets utilize multiple layers of stainless steel with advanced coating technology to create a gasket that responds to the expansion and contraction of engine components during heat cycles. The round bore configuration with steam holes ensures optimal coolant circulation to prevent hot spots and maintain consistent head temperatures. This gasket is an excellent choice for street performance, drag racing, and high-boost forced induction applications where conventional gaskets may fail.
