Product Details

The Cometic C4234-086 is a premium Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered specifically for Mitsubishi 4G63 and 4G63T DOHC engines. This precision-manufactured gasket features an 86mm bore diameter and .086" (2.18mm) compressed thickness, making it ideal for performance builds and high-boost applications.

Key Features:

  • Multi-Layer Steel construction provides superior sealing and durability under extreme cylinder pressures
  • 86mm bore diameter optimized for stock and slightly overbored 4G63/4G63T engines
  • .086" compressed thickness allows for precise compression ratio tuning
  • Designed for DOHC 4G63/4G63T applications (excludes Evo 4-9 models)
  • MLS design accommodates engine movement and expansion while maintaining consistent seal
  • Stainless steel construction resists corrosion and withstands high temperatures

Cometic MLS gaskets are the choice of professional engine builders and performance enthusiasts who demand reliable sealing in turbocharged and high-compression applications. The multiple layers of stainless steel with embossed sealing beads provide maximum conformability to sealing surfaces, ensuring leak-free operation even under extreme conditions.
