Ferrea E11140-1 Titanium Exhaust Valve Retainer 7 Degree Pro CNC

The Ferrea E11140-1 is a precision-engineered titanium exhaust valve retainer designed for high-performance Audi and Volkswagen 2.0T TSI engines. This single retainer features Ferrea's Pro CNC 7-degree design, providing optimal valvetrain performance for demanding applications.

Key Features:

• CNC-machined from aerospace-grade titanium alloy for maximum strength and durability
• 40% weight reduction compared to conventional steel retainers for reduced valvetrain mass
• Fully heat-treated and finished to exact tolerances for consistent performance
• 7-degree angle optimized for single spring valvetrain configurations
• Valve stem size: 6mm
• Retainer diameter: 20.32mm
• Designed to work with factory OE valve locks

Ferrea's titanium retainers are engineered to withstand the rigors of high-RPM racing environments while maintaining precise valve control. The aerospace-quality titanium construction provides exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, reducing valvetrain inertia and allowing for more aggressive camshaft profiles and higher engine speeds. This retainer is compatible with Ferrea racing springs and is ideal for performance street builds, turbo applications, and all-out racing engines.

Note: Sold individually. Eight retainers required for complete 4-cylinder engine (exhaust side only).
