Gates 24830 Molded Coolant Hose 19-3/4 Inch EPDM Rubber Curved Radiator Hose

The Gates 24830 Molded Coolant Hose is a precision-engineered curved radiator hose designed to provide OEM-quality cooling system performance. This pre-shaped EPDM rubber hose features a 19-3/4 inch centerline length with 1-3/8 inch (34mm) inside diameter connections at both ends, making it ideal for upper, lower, bypass, and other coolant applications.

Key Features:

• Electrochemical Degradation Resistance: Engineered with specialized materials to resist ECD, the leading cause of coolant hose failure
• Vacuum Collapse Protection: Advanced construction resists collapse under vacuum conditions without requiring internal springs
• Pre-Shaped Design: Molded to fit specific applications for perfectly sealed connections and easier installation
• EPDM Rubber Construction: Premium material provides superior durability and resistance to heat, coolants, ozone, and weathering
• Wide Temperature Range: Operates reliably from -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C)
• Marine Approved: Suitable for marine cooling applications as well as automotive use

Gates molded coolant hoses are manufactured to OE specifications, eliminating the need for expensive dealer parts while maintaining the quality and performance your vehicle demands. Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed for optimal sealing. Note: Not for use in fuel or oil transfer applications.
