Kenda K401 Rib Turf Lawn & Garden Bias Tire

The Kenda K401 is a specialty bias-ply turf tire purpose-built for lawn mowers, garden tractors, utility carts, and grounds maintenance equipment where protecting grass and turf surfaces is the top priority. Trusted as an OEM-quality replacement solution across residential and commercial applications, the K401 delivers consistent all-season performance without compromising the health of manicured turf.

The K401's signature ribbed tread pattern maintains steady turf contact to improve controllability while eliminating the risk of scalping or tearing during sharp turns. Its high-flotation design distributes equipment weight evenly across a broad contact patch, reducing ground pressure and minimizing soil compaction — a critical advantage for golf courses, athletic fields, and commercial landscaping operations where turf preservation is essential.

Key Features:

• Turf-friendly rib tread — ribbed pattern protects grass and turf surfaces during operation, preventing scalping and surface damage
• High-flotation design — wide contact patch distributes load evenly to minimize ground compaction and soil disturbance

• Bias-ply construction — reinforced casing provides strength and durability across a wide range of equipment types and load demands
• Tubeless design — simplifies mounting and routine maintenance
• All-season performance — reliable, consistent operation year-round on grass and turf surfaces
• Non-highway use — purpose-engineered for off-road lawn and garden applications
