BKT FL 635 Agricultural Radial Flotation Tire

The BKT FL 635 is an agricultural radial flotation tire engineered for grassland management and hay baler applications. Designed to perform reliably across both open fields and paved roads, the FL 635 line delivers a versatile dual-purpose solution for modern hay harvesting and grassland operations — bringing together soil protection, consistent traction, and durable construction in a single tire platform.

Key Features:

• Hay Baler-Specific Block Pattern: A specialized tread block design developed specifically for grassland and hay baler applications, delivering consistent traction and stable performance across repeated passes on sensitive turf
• Radial Construction: Radial tire architecture provides improved load-carrying capacity, enhanced ride comfort, and greater fuel efficiency compared to conventional bias-ply flotation tires
• Superior Ground Pressure Distribution: Engineered to spread load evenly across the full contact footprint, dramatically reducing soil compaction to help preserve crop value and long-term soil health
• Self-Cleaning Tread Design: Effective mud and debris expulsion maintains consistent traction and reliable performance across varying field conditions and weather
• Dual-Purpose Road & Field Performance: Transitions seamlessly between off-road agricultural work and on-road transport, maintaining safe and predictable handling in both environments
• Durability & Speed Capability: Built for dependable performance under continuous heavy loads, with excellent speed characteristics that support sustained operational productivity throughout the tire's full service life

BKT is a globally recognized leader in off-highway tire manufacturing, producing high-quality agricultural, construction, and industrial tires trusted by operators worldwide. The FL 635 line reflects that expertise — offering a radial flotation tire that prioritizes soil conservation without sacrificing the productivity and durability that grassland and hay harvesting operations demand. Available in multiple sizes to suit a wide range of agricultural equipment configurations.
