The Sealed Power E-229K 40 is a premium plasma-moly piston ring set designed for 6-cylinder engine rebuilds requiring a +.040" oversize bore (4.040"). Engineered and manufactured under ISO and QS certified processes, this set delivers OE-quality performance and reliability for both mild and high-compression applications.

The top compression rings feature a latest-generation Plasma-Moly face coating that reduces friction, resists scuffing, and promotes rapid break-in. The rings are constructed from ductile iron for superior strength and durability. Standard ring end gaps make installation straightforward and are compatible with conventional ring installation tools.
