Four Seasons 83273 A/C Receiver Drier Desiccant Bag Kit with Plug

The Four Seasons 83273 is a replacement desiccant bag kit designed for use in automotive air conditioning receiver driers. This essential A/C system component removes moisture and contaminants from refrigerant to protect the entire air conditioning system from corrosion and compressor damage.

Key Features:

• Replacement desiccant bag element for receiver drier service and repair
• Includes plug for secure installation and proper sealing
• Removes moisture and filters contaminants from A/C refrigerant
• Helps prevent system corrosion and compressor failure
• Direct replacement for worn or saturated desiccant bags

Regular replacement of the desiccant element is critical during A/C system service, especially after refrigerant loss, compressor replacement, or any time the system has been opened to atmosphere. The desiccant material absorbs moisture that can cause ice formation, acid buildup, and premature component failure.
