Product Details

The Gates 51607 is a premium modular coolant hose designed for specific OEM applications requiring integrated components. This pre-molded assembly features one branch connection and includes an integrated quick-connect fitting for easy installation and secure coolant system connections.

Key Features:

  • 27-1/4 inch centerline length provides precise fit for specific vehicle applications
  • EPDM rubber construction with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement for durability
  • Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, the leading cause of coolant hose failure
  • Molded design with one branch and integrated quick-connect fitting for OEM-quality installation
  • Three connection points: 5/8-inch ID (ends 1 and 2), 1/2-inch ID (end 3)
  • Meets SAE 20R3 EC Class D1 and SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 standards
  • Temperature range: -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C)
  • Materials resist vacuum collapse without internal springs
  • Heat and ozone resistant EPDM cover protects against underhood conditions

Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed for optimal performance. This modular hose is manufactured to OEM specifications with essential integrated components including the steel quick-connector and plastic fittings. Not for use with fuel or oil transfer applications.

fast and simple.

Good price, reasonable shipping. I will be back for more in the future if the shipping goes well. Thanks.

took awhile to find mounts for c10 chevy 1982. Limited selection

Great service.i had made a mistake. I had happy fingers. And pushed it twice when I only needed one. And had already hit send. Oh no I'm buying two of the same items. Called them and they actually answered the phone. The Lady took care of my mistake right then and there. Sorry I don't remember her name. But she should be commended. Received exactly what I ordered and in a very reasonable period of time.

Easy to order
