ACDelco 18K1015SS Professional Rear Disc Brake Pad Drag Reduction Clip

The ACDelco 18K1015SS Professional Rear Disc Brake Pad Drag Reduction Clip is a high-quality aftermarket replacement brake hardware component designed to restore proper brake pad function and minimize residual pad drag against the rotor. This clip is an essential part of the rear disc brake assembly, holding the brake pad in the correct position within the caliper bracket and allowing it to retract freely after brake application.

Brake pad drag reduction clips wear out over time due to heat cycling, corrosion, and mechanical stress. Replacing worn or damaged clips during a brake pad service helps prevent premature pad and rotor wear, reduces fuel-robbing drag, and ensures smooth, even braking performance.

Key Features:

• Manufactured to meet or exceed OE fit, form, and function
• Designed to minimize residual brake pad contact with the rotor
• Helps reduce premature brake pad and rotor wear caused by drag
• Corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction for long-lasting durability
• Part of the ACDelco Professional (Gold) aftermarket line — a trusted GM-affiliated brand
• Direct replacement for worn or damaged rear disc brake hardware

The ACDelco 18K1015SS is an ideal choice for a complete brake service, ensuring your rear disc brake system operates as intended. Always replace brake hardware clips when installing new brake pads for optimal performance and longevity.
