Zimmermann 150.2940.70 Formula Z Two-Piece Floating Brake Rotor Front Left

The Zimmermann Formula Z brake rotor is a high-performance two-piece floating disc brake rotor engineered for demanding driving conditions. This premium rotor combines advanced materials and design to deliver exceptional braking performance under high mechanical and thermal loads.

Key Features:

• Two-piece design with aluminum hub and floating mounting system
• Ventilated and drilled construction for superior heat dissipation
• Coat Z anti-corrosion coating protects against rust and enhances appearance
• 380mm outer diameter with 30mm thickness for maximum stopping power
• Floating mounting prevents warping and increases resistance to heat cracks
• Alloyed and high-carbon friction ring maintains integrity at extreme temperatures
• ECE R90 approved for street legal installation
• 5-bolt pattern with 120mm bolt circle diameter

This Formula Z rotor was specifically developed to meet the increased demands of engine tuning and chassis optimization. The floating mounting system allows radial expansion under heavy loads, preventing disc warping and maintaining consistent performance. The specialized friction ring material resists deformation even at elevated temperatures, while the drilled design provides enhanced cooling and gas evacuation.
