US Motor Works 22162 Thermal Engine Cooling Fan Clutch

The US Motor Works 22162 is a thermal engine cooling fan clutch engineered to maintain optimal engine temperature by regulating airflow through the radiator. This OE-replacement component uses temperature-sensitive silicone fluid technology to automatically engage and disengage the cooling fan based on engine heat, reducing parasitic engine drag when maximum cooling isn't required.

Key Features:

• Engineered and tested to meet or exceed OEM specifications
• High-load bearings for increased durability and improved wear resistance
• Improved shaft design provides greater strength and enhanced load capacity
• CNC-machined, tapped, and drilled mounting surfaces help prevent leaks and ensure proper fitment
• Smooth surfaces reduce stress risers and lower material stresses during assembly
• Full surface contact for all interference fits with staked end for anti-rotation
• Manufactured by ISO 9001:2015 certified company for consistent quality

US Motor Works Professional Series fan clutches are constructed from high-quality materials including aluminum body components for efficient heat dissipation. This thermal fan clutch is designed for reliable performance in both city and highway driving conditions.
