US Motor Works 22176 Professional Series Heavy Duty Thermal Fan Clutch

The US Motor Works 22176 Professional Series Heavy Duty Fan Clutch is a precision-engineered thermal fan clutch designed to provide reliable engine cooling performance. This fan clutch regulates airflow to maintain optimal engine temperature while reducing unnecessary engine drag, improving both cooling efficiency and fuel economy.

Key Features:

• High-load bearings for increased durability and improved wear resistance
• Enhanced shaft design provides greater strength and load capacity
• CNC-machined, tapped, and drilled mounting surfaces ensure leak prevention and proper fitment
• Smooth surfaces reduce stress risers and lower material stresses during assembly
• Full surface contact for all interference fits with staked end for anti-rotation
• Aluminum construction for efficient heat dissipation
• Engineered and tested to meet or exceed OEM specifications

Part of the US Motor Works Professional Series line, this fan clutch is manufactured by an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, ensuring consistent quality and reliability. The clutch uses silicone fluid technology to automatically adjust fan speed based on engine temperature, providing optimal cooling when needed while reducing fan noise and parasitic power loss during normal operation.
