US Motor Works MCK1002 Water Pump and Fan Clutch Kit

The US Motor Works MCK1002 is a complete engine cooling kit that combines a mechanical water pump and fan clutch in one matched set. This kit is part of the Max Cooling Kits product line, designed specifically for vehicles where the fan clutch mounts directly to the water pump and operates on the same shaft.

Why Replace Both Components Together:

• The water pump and fan clutch are interconnected on a single shaft and must be replaced as a matched set
• Installing a worn fan clutch on a new water pump can damage and destroy the new pump
• Installing a worn water pump with a new fan clutch can damage the new clutch
• The water pump moves coolant while the fan clutch moves air—both are essential for proper cooling

Quality Construction:

• Iron pump construction with natural finish
• Standard-volume flow design
• Designed and tested to meet or exceed OEM specifications
• Precision machined components for optimal fit and function
• All components are brand new and QA inspected

This complete kit provides everything needed for proper water pump or fan clutch replacement in one step, ensuring optimal engine cooling performance and preventing repeat work. Ideal for 1996-2003 Chevrolet and GMC trucks and vans with 4.3L, 5.0L, or 5.7L engines equipped with heavy-duty heater systems.
