Aisin Automotive Casting Tennessee BTM001 Hydraulic Timing Belt Tensioner

The Aisin Automotive Casting Tennessee BTM001 is a hydraulic engine timing belt tensioner designed to maintain proper tension on the timing belt throughout its service life. This hydraulic tensioner automatically compensates for belt stretch and wear, ensuring optimal timing belt performance and reducing the risk of belt failure.

Key Features:

• Hydraulic design provides consistent, automatic tensioning
• Maintains proper belt tension as components wear over time
• Reduces timing belt noise and vibration
• Manufactured by Aisin, a trusted OEM supplier to major automotive manufacturers
• Direct replacement for worn or failed timing belt tensioners

Proper timing belt tension is critical for engine performance and longevity. A failing tensioner can lead to timing belt slippage, premature belt wear, or catastrophic engine damage if the belt jumps timing or breaks. This genuine Aisin hydraulic tensioner helps prevent these issues by maintaining optimal belt tension under all operating conditions.
