Product Details

The FCS 86326 Hood Lift Support is a premium replacement gas strut designed to safely support your vehicle's hood in the open position. This gas-charged lift support provides reliable, consistent force to hold the hood securely while you work under it, eliminating the need for a prop rod.

Key Features:

  • Direct replacement for worn or failed factory hood lift supports
  • Gas-charged design provides smooth, controlled hood operation
  • Durable steel construction with corrosion-resistant finish
  • Pre-charged and ready to install
  • Helps prevent hood from falling unexpectedly during maintenance
  • Restores proper hood operation and safety

Over time, hood lift supports lose their gas charge and fail to hold the hood open properly. Replacing worn struts with this FCS hood lift support restores safe, convenient access to your engine compartment. Professional-grade quality ensures long-lasting performance and reliability.
