Cometic C4590-048 MLS Cylinder Head Gasket for Subaru Bore - EJ205 93.5mm

The Cometic C4590-048 is a high-performance Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered specifically for Subaru EJ205 turbocharged engines. This precision-manufactured gasket features a 93.5mm bore diameter and .048" (1.2mm) compressed thickness, providing exceptional sealing performance under high boost and temperature conditions.

Key Features:

• Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) construction with multiple layers of stainless steel for superior strength and heat resistance
• 93.5mm bore diameter designed for EJ205 applications
• .048" compressed thickness for optimal compression ratio and sealing
• Advanced composite material withstands extreme cylinder pressures in turbocharged applications
• Eliminates gasket failure from high horsepower, high heat, and high boost pressure
• Gas-stopper embossments provide maximum sealing around combustion chamber
• No retorquing required after installation

Cometic MLS head gaskets are the preferred choice for performance Subaru builds, providing reliable sealing in street, track, and high-boost applications. The multi-layer design allows for minor imperfections in the sealing surface while maintaining excellent combustion sealing.
