The Power Stop KC7231 Z23 Evolution Sport Brake Upgrade Kit is a complete, bolt-on brake system overhaul designed for daily-driven cars, trucks, and SUVs. This all-in-one kit includes Z23 Carbon-Fiber Ceramic brake pads, drilled and slotted zinc-plated rotors, powder coated calipers, and all necessary premium stainless-steel hardware — everything you need to significantly upgrade your stopping power without any modifications.

Z23 Carbon-Fiber Ceramic Brake Pads

Power Stop's proprietary carbon-fiber ceramic compound is engineered to deliver enhanced braking performance over traditional ceramic pads. The low-dust formula is validated through third-party on-vehicle testing, producing significantly less brake dust than OEM pads to keep your wheels looking clean. Dual-layer rubberized shims with a chamfered and slotted pad design provide virtually noise-free braking every time.

Drilled & Slotted Zinc-Plated Rotors

Rotors are cast from G3000 metallurgy to strict OE tolerances for a perfect bolt-on fit. Precision drill holes maximize rotor cooling during heavy braking, while rounded slots continuously wipe away gas and debris to maintain a clean contact patch. A silver zinc dichromate plating provides long-lasting protection against rust and corrosion.

Powder Coated Calipers

Each caliper is remanufactured, lubricated, pressure tested, and finished with an easy-to-clean red powder coat that resists rust and corrosion. Assembled and tested at Power Stop's facility in Chicago, IL, the calipers deliver both performance and a bold appearance behind open wheels.
