Power Stop KC5584A Z23 Evolution Sport Brake Kit with Powder Coated Calipers - Drilled & Slotted Rotors, Carbon-Fiber Ceramic Pads

The Power Stop KC5584A Z23 Evolution Sport Brake Upgrade Kit with Powder Coated Calipers is a complete, bolt-on braking solution engineered for daily-driven cars, trucks, and SUVs. This all-inclusive kit delivers a meaningful performance upgrade over stock brakes without sacrificing everyday drivability — everything you need arrives in one box, including rotors, pads, calipers, hardware, and lubricant.

What's Included:

• Front & rear drilled and slotted, zinc-plated brake rotors
• Front & rear Z23 Carbon-Fiber Ceramic brake pad sets with hardware
• Front & rear powder coated performance calipers (assembled & pressure tested)
• Premium stainless-steel installation hardware
• High-performance brake lubricant

Key Features:

• Z23 Carbon-Fiber Ceramic Brake Pads — Power Stop's proprietary carbon-fiber ceramic compound delivers significantly enhanced stopping power compared to traditional ceramic pads. Pads are thermally scorched at the factory to shorten the break-in period and ensure consistent performance from day one.
• Low-Dust Formula — The carbon-fiber ceramic compound is verified through third-party, on-vehicle testing to produce minimal brake dust, keeping your wheels cleaner longer.
• Dual-Layer Rubberized Shims — Provide superior noise insulation for virtually silent braking under daily driving conditions.
• Drilled & Slotted Zinc-Plated Rotors — Precision drill holes maximize rotor cooling to keep brake temperatures down during aggressive use, while slots help channel away gas, heat, and debris. The zinc plating provides long-lasting protection against rust and corrosion.
• Powder Coated Calipers — Assembled and pressure-tested at Power Stop's Chicago, IL facility, the powder coat finish resists corrosion and adds a bold, eye-catching appearance behind open-spoke wheels.
• G3000-Grade Rotor Metallurgy — Rotors are cast to strict OE tolerances for a precise, no-modification bolt-on fit.

The KC5584A kit is backed by Power Stop's 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Whether you're refreshing worn-out factory brakes or stepping up your stopping power, the Z23 Evolution Sport Caliper Kit is the complete, affordable solution for the performance-minded daily driver.
