Rock Krawler Suspension RRD07651RR 2.625 x 12.5 Remote Reservoir Coilover Shock

The Rock Krawler RRD 2.625-inch Remote Reservoir Coil Over Shock features a fluted aluminum body that delivers exceptional weight reduction without sacrificing strength, making it the lightest in its class while providing a cooling surface area greater than most 3-inch bodied shocks. The fluting provides the structural integrity required to ensure the aluminum cylinders are as strong, if not stronger than their steel 2.5-inch counterparts. This 12.5-inch travel coilover is engineered for serious off-road performance in lifted trucks and Jeeps.

Key Features:

• Military grade hard anodized coating for superior corrosion resistance
• High quality DU bearing with massive 1-inch UltraBrite Steel shaft
• Precipitation-hardened stainless steel shaft prevents pitting or flaking that could destroy seals
• Fade-free dampening shock oil with high viscosity index and shear stability to control shock fade
• Custom moly piston wear band greatly reduces shock body wear
• Billet aluminum valve components with internal floating piston in external reservoir
• Dual spring rate slider with adjustable spring lockout collars
• Spherical bearings with 1.25-inch clevis mounting width and 0.5-inch bore top and bottom
• Serviceable, rebuildable, and revalveable design

All these features combine to make the RRD 2.625-inch Remote Reservoir Coil Over Shock a fraction of the weight of the competition's 2.5-inch steel body counterparts and cool twice as fast for fade resistant performance. The shock valving features a standard 60/40 split similar to most other manufacturers.
