Atlantic Automotive 64220 Rack and Pinion Assembly

The Atlantic Automotive 64220 is a remanufactured hydraulic power steering rack and pinion assembly designed for use with AAE's 102F magnetic power steering filter system. This complete rack assembly is built by Atlantic Automotive Engineering (AAE), a trusted manufacturer with over 30 years of experience in power steering components.

Remanufacturing Quality:

• 100% hydraulically tested for pressure and flow to ensure leak-free operation
• Remanufactured in the USA using OE-grade components
• Components reconditioned to original specifications for like-new appearance and performance
• Electrostatically painted with automotive-grade paint for long-lasting corrosion protection
• High-temperature seals and O-rings for increased durability

What's Included:

• Complete rack and pinion assembly
• Inner tie rods pre-installed
• New bellows secured with OE stainless steel clamps to protect against contamination

Compatibility Note:

This rack assembly is designed to work with the AAE 102F dual filtration magnetic power steering filter (3/8" line). Installing an in-line magnetic filter helps protect your steering system by removing ferrous and non-ferrous particles that can circulate through the power steering fluid, preventing costly damage to remanufactured components.

Installation Recommendation:

For optimal performance and longevity, flush and refill the power steering system with OE-approved power steering fluid when installing this rack assembly.
