BMC FB01055 High-Flow Replacement Panel Air Filter for Renault Megane IV RS

The BMC FB01055 is a high-performance replacement panel air filter designed as a direct drop-in upgrade for the factory air filter in Renault Megane IV RS models. This filter installs in the vehicle's original airbox, providing enhanced airflow and superior filtration without requiring any modifications to the intake system.

Advanced Filtration Technology:

• Multi-layered cotton gauze construction soaked with low-viscosity oil for optimal air permeability
• Filters particles as small as 7 microns compared to 10 microns for OEM paper filters
• Epoxy-coated alloy mesh protects against petrol fumes and oxidization from air humidity
• Approximately 40% higher air flow compared to conventional paper filters

Superior Construction:

• Full Moulding system creates filter from a single mold with no welded joints, eliminating weak points and breakage risk
• Durable rubber surround with long life and optimum adhesion to airbox shapes
• Characteristic BMC red filter design
• Dimensions: 240mm length x 179mm width

Maintenance and Performance:

All BMC air filters come pre-oiled and ready to install. Unlike disposable paper filters, this cotton filter is washable and reusable for the lifetime of your vehicle using the appropriate BMC regeneration kit. This performance filter uses the same technology and materials as filters supplied to Formula 1, Le Mans, MotoGP, and World Superbike race teams, delivering race-proven performance for street applications.
