Race Fan 64-1700-003-750 17 Inch 3-Blade Mechanical Cooling Fan Kit 3/4 Inch Hub

The Race Fan 64-1700-003-750 is a high-performance 17-inch mechanical cooling fan designed specifically for racing applications including circle track racing, drag racing, and performance street rods. This lightweight cooling fan features a universal center hub made from 6061-T6 aluminum and composite blades for a significant decrease in weight over traditional steel fans.

Key Features:

• 17-inch diameter with 3-blade configuration and 3/4-inch center hub
• 6061-T6 aluminum universal center hub with anodized black finish
• Composite blades manufactured using extremely durable high-impact and high-temperature fiber reinforced Zytel
• Individual blade replacement capability - damaged blades can be replaced without scrapping the entire fan
• Weighs less than half the weight of traditional GM 4-blade steel fans
• Customizable cooling configurations - add or remove blades to tune airflow for varying weather conditions
• More adaptable to fan shrouds compared to larger diameter fans

Complete Kit Includes:

• 3/4-inch aluminum center hub
• (3) 17-inch composite blades
• (6) Bolts
• (6) Nuts
• (12) Washers

The 3-blade configuration moves less air than a 4-blade fan and more air than a 2-blade fan, making it ideal for moderate cooling requirements. Installation bolts should be torqued to 12 foot-pounds (144 inch-pounds) for proper assembly. This fan provides the perfect balance of weight reduction and cooling efficiency for racing applications where every ounce counts.
